As our society continues to shift away from artificial sweeteners and highly processed food and beverages laden with high-fructose corn syrup, interest in maple syrup as a wholesome, nutrient-rich sweetener has soared. The culmination of many years of research and development, our facilities were built for large scale production to be able to supply food and beverage manufacturers with high-quality products on a consistent basis. Our two evaporators are capable of producing 800-gallons per hour of high-quality, organic syrups from a wide variety of tree species, including maple, birch, walnut, and beech. With five 60,000-gallon sap storage tanks, we are also the largest supplier of certified organic maple sap and birch sap to leading beverage companies in the tree water sector.
New Leaf Tree Syrups are processed to exacting standards using modern production methodologies in state-of-the art facilities. Our innovative processes have been pioneered by co-founder Dr. Michael Farrell, one of the industry’s foremost experts on tree syrup production and forest stewardship. Our energy-efficient and eco-kosher production methods were developed to preserve the natural syrups’ antioxidants, polyphenols, minerals and other nutrients. Our USDA Organic New Leaf Tree Syrups are available in ½-gallon jugs, 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. We offer maple water, birch water and other tree saps for sale in-season (February-April) according to customer specifications.
