We are proud to offer the widest array of syrups from different tree species in the world. Sugar and red maples are the most common trees in our forests, and as one of the world’s largest producers of pure maple syrup, we will always have a consistent supply throughout the year. White and yellow birch are also abundant in our woods, and though we hope to always have pure birch syrup in stock, supply shortages could occur from year to year. Our less common tree species include beech, basswood, butternut, and black walnut. These rare syrups, with their unique flavor profiles, are nearly impossible to source from anywhere else, so pre-ordering is encouraged to get on the waiting list in advance of the upcoming season!
